Hurtta Life Savior ECO is a lightweight life jacket ideal for your dog for any water activity. This new and improved design features a softer and more flexible flotation material that will keep your dog above the water while ensuring comfort and a free range of movement. The Life Savior is easy to put on and adjustable for a suitable fit, with both adjustable velcro and sturdy clips located around the neck and the chest area, improved in this new version so it fits better on both thinner and thicker breeds.

On the top of the life jacket is a durable handle to assist your dog in or out of the water, as well as a stainless steel metal O-ring for the leash. It also has reflective material details for safety and visibility. As part of Hurtta's ECO collection, this life jacket was crafted with 80-100% recycled fabrics and webbings.

How to Measure Your Dog

 

 

  1. Neck: Measure the circumference of the base, leaving enough space to fit two fingers comfortably.
  2. Lower Neck: Measure the circumference of the area above the shoulder blades towards the top of the chest, leaving enough space to fit two fingers comfortably.
  3. Chest Girth: Measure the circumference of the widest part of the chest behind the front legs.
  4. Length: Measure the length of your dog's back from the top of their shoulders to the base of their tail.
  5. Height: Measure the distance from the floor to the top of your dog's shoulder blades. Your dog needs to be standing on all four legs.
  6. Paw Width: Measure the widest part of the paw. You'll get a better measurement if your pup is standing.
  7. Paw Length: Measure the distance between the "heel" and the longest toe nail. You'll get a better measurement if your pup is standing.
  8. Muzzle Length: Measure the nose length from the tip to the crook where you want the muzzle to sit comfortably below the eyes.
  9. Muzzle Width: Measure the muzzle's circumference at the widest part, leaving space for two fingers to ensure a comfortable fit.
  10. Weight: Step on a scale while holding the dog, then subtract your weight from the total. A dog scale is conveniently located at all our locations.
