Our goal at Homes Alive is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your on-line shopping experience. We accept returns of unopened products in original packaging within 60 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as "final sale" are not within our return guidelines. Returning Items Purchased from

With Homes Alive's 60-day web return policy, there are no exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same, new condition.

Return With - Refreshingly Easy:

  • You can return your purchase within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging for a full refund.
  • Defective/damaged products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 60 days. Anything beyond 60 days of the purchase date will be handled under a manufacturer's warranty.
  • Please contact a Customer Service Agent to confirm your return or exchange before sending your package.
  • Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.

If you’d like to exchange your product for something else, the best thing to do is to return your item and place a new order at the same time. Placing the new order right away will ensure that you’ll get it quickly, and that it won’t go out of stock. If the item returned is in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, you will be fully refunded. You’ll receive your refund or credit as soon as our Returns Department receives your original package.

If you prefer to exchange without placing a new order, please contact us to arrange the details. You will send the product(s) back and we'll send out the exchange product once we receive your package. If you would like a different product with a different value, we will charge, refund, or give store credit for the difference of the two amounts. If the product is in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, we will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for the item.

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centre (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-3 business days after your credit is applied for it to appear in your account.

Warranty Policy

Within 60 Days

If a product proves to be defective within 60 days of the shipment date, Homes Alive will replace the product as soon as possible. In the case that we require the product to be shipped back to Homes Alive, we will cover the shipping costs.

After 60 Days (Manufacturer Warranties)

If a product proves to be defective after 60 days of the shipment date, Homes Alive will act as a facilitator for the manufacturer's warranty. You may deal directly with the manufacturer if you wish; however, Homes Alive is willing to speak on your behalf and follow up with the manufacturer in order to ensure that your warranty is processed in a timely manner.

Manufacturer warranties are established by individual manufacturers and Homes Alive will follow their protocols. Homes Alive is not responsible for shipping costs, replacement equipment, or any inconveniences related to manufacturer warranties. As facilitator, Homes Alive will represent you, the customer, to our manufacturers.
