The Kurgo Baxter Pack is essential for the avid hiking and outdoor adventuring dog. This lightweight, saddle-bag style allows your dog to carry his own supplies, such as food, water, first aid supplies, a ball, and treats.

Made with durable materials, this pack is comfortable and easily adjustable (8 separate adjustment points) to fit a variety of dog shapes and sizes. To evenly distribute the weight along your dog's back and ease any pressure, this pack also features ergonomic, contouring spine support.

Your dog's leash can be attached to a hook at the back and there is also a large handle that gives you better control when necessary. There are multiple reflective accents for added visibility and safety. Available in two sizes and three colours. See Specifications tab for details.

How to Measure Your Dog

  1. Neck: Measure the circumference of the base, leaving enough space to fit two fingers comfortably.
  2. Lower Neck: Measure the circumference of the area above the shoulder blades towards the top of the chest, leaving enough space to fit two fingers comfortably.
  3. Chest Girth: Measure the circumference of the widest part of the chest behind the front legs.
  4. Length: Measure the length of your dog's back from the top of their shoulders to the base of their tail.
  5. Height: Measure the distance from the floor to the top of your dog's shoulder blades. Your dog needs to be standing on all four legs.
  6. Paw Width: Measure the widest part of the paw. You'll get a better measurement if your pup is standing.
  7. Paw Length: Measure the distance between the "heel" and the longest toe nail. You'll get a better measurement if your pup is standing.
  8. Muzzle Length: Measure the nose length from the tip to the crook where you want the muzzle to sit comfortably below the eyes.
  9. Muzzle Width: Measure the muzzle's circumference at the widest part, leaving space for two fingers to ensure a comfortable fit.
  10. Weight: Step on a scale while holding the dog, then subtract your weight from the total. A dog scale is conveniently located at all our locations.
