Ruffwear Swamp Cooler Cooling Dog Harness

The lightweight and durable Ruffwear Swamp Cooler Cooling Dog Harness keeps your dog cool on the go. It functions with an evaporative cooling system that relies on a three-layer design that is highly absorbent and encourages evaporation. To use the harness, simply pour water on the material, or dunk the whole harness in water. The middle polyester non-woven felt layer rapidly absorbs water. The outer layer polyester air mesh layer then releases the evaporated water to help your canine regulate its core temperature. Rehydrate the harness as needed to help your dog maintain a safe temperature on longer outings.

The Swamp Cooler Harness design provides shade and sun protection with a UPC rating of 50+. The two leash attachment points on the back of the harness let you choose the connection point that best suit's your dog's walking style. Use the top handle to provide support or assist your dog across difficult terrain. The ITW Nexus Mach side buckles let you easily remove and put on the harness. The buckles also help you adjust the harness to fit your dog’s unique size and shape. Reflective trim adorns the sides and chest of the vest to provide better visibility in low light and the light loop is the ideal connection point for the Ruffwear Beacon.
