To get the most out of ZIWI’s air-dried food, we recommend using it before the printed best-before date and within eight weeks of opening. While those dates offer a general guideline, freshness and proper storage make all the difference.
If the food isn’t kept in its sealed bag, it may come into contact with air or moisture—two things that can lead to it drying out, becoming brittle, or even developing mould. These changes are a sign that the food hasn’t been stored properly and should no longer be served to your pet.
