Ensure that the liner overhangs the rim on all sides of the litter pan. In the center of the pan, press the liner down, and smooth outward. Follow the instructions on the package when filling the pan and liner with litter. Solid waste should be sifted daily. The liner can be easily removed by lifting it from all sides, gathering it above the pan, and tying it off.
