Allerpet Dog Dander Remover is formulated specifically for dogs and mostly for people who are allergic to dogs. This product removes dander, saliva, and sebaceous gland secretions, which are considered to be the prime causes of allergic reactions in humans to dogs, from your dog's coat.
It is recommended to use it once or twice a week and coupled when possible with the proper filtration of your home's air to reduce the level of allergens, allowing you to comfortably tolerate your dog. Allerpet is non-oily and will not leave a residue on the coat. It contains no fragrance and is completely safe to use regardless of how frequently a dog licks their coat.
Available in a 355mL (12oz) bottle. Please see the specification tab for more information about this product.
Shake the bottle before each use. Dampen a washcloth or small sponge with Allerpet and lightly wipe your dog from the skin outward, first against the lay or the hair, then with it, until all areas are damp, not dripping wet, to remove loose dander, dried saliva and urine.
If your dog has long or thick hair, use your free hand to separate and hold down the untreated hair from the area you are wetting, to make sure you are getting down to the skin. Wipe several times over the areas your dog licks most often, especially around the genitalia, the base of the tail and on the insides of the rear legs where urine residue tends to collect. Make certain to get down to the skin. No rinsing is required. Dry the hair thoroughly with a towel or hair dryer.
Allerpet is non-toxic and completely safe to use on puppies over the age of 10 weeks.
Deionized (DI) Water, Green Tea (Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract), Chamomile (Chamomilla Recutita Matricaria Extract), Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Extract), Glycerin, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Allantoin, Panthenol DL (Also known as pro-vitamin B5), Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Quaternium-26, Quaternium-22, Modified Styrene/Acrylic Copolymer, Methylchloroisothiazolinone & Methylisothiazolinone, Citric Acid (only if needed to modify pH).
