What is the cost of same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery has a flat rate of $9.99.
It says same-day delivery is not available to my address?
Same-day delivery is available to all addresses within a certain distance from a Homes Alive Pets store, which is calculated based on the driving distance of around 24 Km.
To see if our stores can deliver to your location, simply enter your address under same-day delivery on any of our product pages.
To ensure our customers have confidence in their same-day orders being delivered on time, products with limited stock in-store may also not be eligible for same-day delivery.
What is your delivery window?
Currently, orders are delivered between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. local time, Monday to Friday. Place your order by 2:00 p.m. to receive it the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. or during the weekends will be delivered the very next available day (e.g. an order placed on Saturday will be delivered between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. the following Monday).
Does same-day work with Autoship?
Autoship orders placed with same-day will be shipped as same-day for all recurring orders. Any tips given during the initial order will be applied to ongoing recurring orders.
Where can I track the status of my order?
All same-day deliveries will receive real-time text updates regarding the ongoing status of the orders. You may also check the current status of a given order by viewing its order details within your profile.
