Daily Feeding Guidelines for Pregnant or Lactating Females:
Feed 2 - 4 times the adult amount to keep the mother and puppies healthy.
Transition slowly to avoid digestive issues. Slowly mix new food with the old diet for 7 - 10 days, increasing the amount of new food while decreasing the amount of old food.
Clean, fresh water should always be available. Optimal feeding amount may differ depending on age, size, breed, and activity levels. Adjust food amount as needed to reach ideal weight.
