This harness is lightweight for comfort while your cat is exploring and will gently put pressure when the cat pulls forward with its guide rings to prevent your cat from pulling and putting pressure along its neck area.
Located along the harness are plastic adjustable slides and an adjustable sternum slide to fit purfectly on your cat and plastic quick-snaps buckles for a secure fit. How to Measure Your Cat

Neck
Measure the circumference of the base or widest part of the neck, leaving enough space to comfortably fit two fingers.

Chest Girth
Measure the circumference of the widest part of the chest behind the front legs.

Length
Measure the length from the widest part of the neck to the base of the tail.
Caution
The harness is not intended to be used as a tie-out, always supervise your cat when he is wearing the harness.
When using the harness for the first time, always make the time a pleasant experience if your cat's reaction is escalating end the session and remove the harness. You want to ensure the next session will not be more difficult. If your cat is sensitive to touch, being handling or anxious to new things, it is recommended using treats, food, brushing, petting or brushing to make the fitting a positive experience.
Always choose a quiet room while fitting, never yell, scold or force as this will make it a negative experience for your cat. When the harness is put on, praise your cat, offer treats and allow your cat to experience it for a short time then remove the harness.
