Nutrience Care Weight Management Dog Food - Chicken Recipe is designed for dogs who benefit from a lighter, balanced diet. This low-fat formula contains significantly less fat than Nutrience's regular Grain-Free recipes, helping support healthy weight management while still providing complete daily nutrition. With carefully selected ingredients, it offers a satisfying meal without unnecessary excess calories.
L-carnitine is included to help support the conversion of fat into energy while helping maintain lean muscle mass. A triple fibre blend also helps dogs feel fuller after meals, which may assist with portion control and overall satiety. Like all recipes in the lineup, it features Digestiboost, a cold-formed and air-dried digestive support blend made with soluble, insoluble and prebiotic fibres along with ingredients such as pumpkin, chia, flax and ginger. Together, these thoughtfully chosen ingredients help support digestive health while keeping mealtime satisfying for dogs on a weight-conscious diet.

For puppies expected to reach up to 50% of their adult weight, feed 2 times the adult feeding amount based on their current weight.
For puppies that have reached 50–80% of their predicted adult weight, feed 1.75 times the adult feeding amount for their current weight.
For puppies that are 80–100% of their predicted adult weight, feed 1.25 times the adult feeding amount for their current weight.
For pregnant dogs, feed 1.25 to 1.5 times the adult feeding amount. During lactation, feed 1.5 to 4.5 times the adult amount, depending on litter size and the stage of nursing.
To help your pet adjust without digestive upset, we recommend transitioning gradually over 7 to 10 days:
- Days 1–2: Start with 25% new food mixed with 75% of their current food.
- Days 3–4: Go to a 50/50 mix of new and old.
- Days 5–6: Shift to 75% new food and just 25% of the old.
- Day 7+: Full switch to 100% new food!
Some pets might do well with a slightly faster transition, while others (especially those with sensitive stomachs or food allergies) might need a bit more time—listen to your pet and adjust as needed.
